The wedding season has truly started for Raspberry Cake Company. I've had the honour of creating some beautiful cakes, most of which have required hand made flowers.
I love making sugar flowers - it's really therapeutic and once you get into the zone, time just flies!
I'll be honest however, it is quite perilous transporting the flowers to the wedding venue as they are so fragile. You always have to make lots of spares just in case!
This month and next will be extremely busy, however when I do have a little time I can be found practising more styles of sugar flower. Can't wait!
